Tallinn, 2013-06-26 16:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 25. juunil 2013.a teavitas Mari Tool Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) juhatust talle kuuluvate häälte arvu suurenemisest SFG 20,30%-ni. Suurenemine toimus 21. juunil toimunud SFG 8 000 000 aktsia omandamistehingu tulemusena. Enne tehingut kuulus Mari Toolile kokku 0 aktsiat, mis moodustas kokku 0% aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest. Peale nimetatud tehingut kuulub Mari Toolile kokku 8 000 000 SFG aktsiat, mis moodustavad kokku 20,30% ettevõtte aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest. Teavitamiskohustus tuleneb Eesti väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvist 185 ning Poola väärtpaberite avaliku pakkumise seaduse ning kaasnevate tingimuste paragrahvi 69, lg. 1, alalõigust 2 ning seonduvalt paragrahvi 87 lg. 1 alalõik 3, märge b) tingimustest. Tallinn, 2013-06-26 16:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On June 25, 2013, Ms. Mari Tool notified the management board of Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) of the increase of its votes in SFG to 20.30%. The reason for the change in the total number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of SFG was the purchase of 8,000,000 shares of the company on June 21, 2013. Prior to the change of share amount, Ms. Tool held together 0 shares of SFG, representing 0% of the share capital of the company and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting. After the transaction Ms. Tool has 8,000,000 shares of SFG which represents 20.30% of the share capital of the company and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting.
