Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-06-19 14:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tallinna Ringkonnakohtu 19.06.2013 otsusega tühistati Harju Maakohtu 19.06.2012. aasta õigeksmõistev otsus maadevahetuse kriminaalasjas nr 1-09-4486 (vt. börsiteade https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=511 247&messageId=627816) ning tunnistati AS Järvevana süüdi KarS § 298 lg 4 järgi ja mõisteti ettevõttele rahaline karistus summas 798 000 (seitsesada üheksakümmend kaheksa tuhat) EUR. Otsus ei ole jõustunud. AS Järvevana esitab otsusele kassatsioonkaebuse seaduses sätestatud tähtajal ja korras 30 päeva jooksul. Ruling by the Circuit Court in criminal matter no. 1-09-4486

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-06-19 14:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- With the ruling by the Circuit Court of Tallinn of 19/06/2013, the acquittal by Harju County Court of 19/06/2012 in criminal matter no. 1-09-4486 (see Stock Exchange Release https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=511 247&messageId=627817) annulled and AS Järvevana was found guilty, under Article 298 (4) of the Penal Code, and the company was ruled to pay a pecuniary punishment on the amount of 798,000 (seven hundred ninety eight thousand) EUR. The ruling has not entered into force. AS Järvevana is going to file an appeal in cassation, according to the procedure and term provided by law, within 30 days. We intend to challenge the ruling in full, motivating the appeal by material infringement of material and procedural provisions.
