Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-06-06 11:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus nõukogu otsustas kutsuda alates 6. juunist 2013 AS Merko Ehitus juhatusest tagasi senise juhatuse liikme Viktor Mõisja, kes jätkab töötamist tütarettevõtte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti insenerehituse divisjonis. Lisaks otsustas nõukogu määrata uueks juhatuse liikmeks endise nõukogu liikme Tõnu Toomiku. Valdusettevõtte AS Merko Ehitus juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena: Andres Trink ja Tõnu Toomik. Juhatuse esimees Andres Trink vastutab kontserni ettevõtete strateegia, äriarenduse ja finantside eest; juhatuse liikme Tõnu Toomiku vastutusalaks saab kinnistute portfelli juhtimise ja ehitusvaldkonna arendustegevuse koordineerimine üle kontserni ettevõtete. Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-06-06 11:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus decided to recall a member of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Viktor Mõisja as of 6 June 2013. Viktor Mõisja will continue in the engineering construction division of subsidiary AS Merko Ehitus Eesti. The Supervisory Board also decided to appoint former member of the Supervisory Board Tõnu Toomik as a new member of the Management Board. The Management Board of the holding company AS Merko Ehitus will continue with two members: Andres Trink and Tõnu Toomik. The chairman of the Management Board Andres Trink is responsible for the strategy, business development and finances of the company, while Management Board member Tõnu Toomik will take responsibility for managing the real estate portfolio and coordinating the development activities in construction across the group companies.
