AS Delfi (Läti) ja Nextmedia Baltic OÜ allkirjastasid 28. mail 2013 aktsiate
ostu-müügi lepingu, mille kohaselt Delfi Läti omandab 100%-lise osaluse
ettevõttes SIA C?lis.lv, mis opereerib portaali C?lis.lv.
C?lis.lv on Läti populaarseim tulevastele ja noortele emadele mõeldud online
keskkond.
Omandamise eesmärgiks on tegevuse laiendamine Lätis. Tehing ei ole käsitletav
tehinguna seotud isikuga ja emitendi nõukogu ega juhatuse liikmed ei ole
tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud.

On 28 May 2013, AS Delfi (Latvia) and Nextmedia Baltic OÜ signed a Share
Purchase and Sale Agreement, according to which Delfi Latvia acquires 100% of
the shares of SIA C?lis.lv, the company operating the portal C?lis.lv.
C?lis.lv is Latvia’s leading online site for parenting community.
The purpose of the acquisition is extension of the activities in Latvia. The
transaction can’t be treated as a transaction with a related party and the
members of the supervisory and management board do not have any other personal
interest in the transaction.
