OEG otsustas omandada oma tütarettevõtjalt Olympic Casino Eesti AS 100%-lise osaluse Fortuna Travel OÜ-s (osa nimiväärtus 3195 EUR). Omandamine viiakse lõpule 2013. a maikuus. Fortuna Travel OÜ on hetkel tegevuseta äriühing. Fortuna Travel OÜ omandamise eesmärgiks on OEG kontserni sisemine ümberstruktureerimine. Käesolev tehing ei ole käsitletav tehinguna seotud isikuga (NASDAQ OMX Tallinna börsi reglemendi tähenduses) ning ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. OEG juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmed ei ole tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud. OEG: OEG decided to acquire a company from its subsidiary
Message
OEG has decided to acquire from its subsidiary Olympic Casino Eesti AS a 100% shareholding in Fortuna Travel OÜ (nominal value of the share 3,195 EUR). The acquisition shall take place in May 2013. Fortuna Travel OÜ is not conducting any business activities at the moment. The aim of acquiring Fortuna Travel OÜ is an internal restructuring of the OEG group. The transaction is not considered to be a transaction with related parties (in the meaning of the rules and regulations of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn stock exchange) and it does not have a direct effect on the economic activities of the OEG group. The management board and the supervisory board members of OEG are not personally interested in this transaction in any other way.
