AS-i Tallinna Vesi müügitulu vähenes 2,3% võrra
Message
2013. aasta kolme kuuga vähenes Ettevõtte müügitulu 2,3% võrra 12,7 miljoni
euroni. Peamiseks languse põhjuseks on sademevee tulude vähenemine. Samuti on
mõnevõrra kahanenud ka müügimahud eraklientidele. 2013. aasta esimese kvartali
brutokasum vähenes 8,1% võrra.
Võrreldes möödunud aasta sama perioodiga, vähenes Ettevõtte ärikasum
põhitegevusest 2013. aasta esimesel kolmel kuul 10,4% võrra 6,2 miljoni euroni.
Sama perioodi jooksul vähenes 11,4% võrra ka Ettevõtte ärikasum kokku.
Osaliselt mõjutas ärikasumi vähenemist võrkude laiendamise programmi lõppemine
2012. aastal, millest tulenevalt 2013. aasta esimeses kvartalis puudusid
sihtfinantseerimisest saadavad tulud.
Juhatuse esimehe Ian Plenderleithi sõnul jätkab Ettevõtte keskendumist
tootmistulemuste ning klienditeeninduse parandamisele. „Tootmis- ning
kvaliteedinäitajad on stabiilselt väga kõrgel tasemel, hoolimata asjaolust, et
tariifid püsivad 2010. aasta tasemel,“ lisas Plenderleith.
Eile, 25.aprillil tegi juhatus ettepaneku, ühe aktsionäride üldkoosoleku
päevakorra punktina, maksta 2012. aasta eest dividende 87 eurosenti aktsia
kohta. Võrreldes 2012. aastaga on tegemist 3,9% tõusuga, mis vastab Eesti
inflatsioonitasemele. Seega on dividendi reaalmakse jäänud möödunud aastaga
samale tasemele.
Mis puutub majandus- ja kvaliteediregulatsiooni, siis Ettevõte kinnitab
jätkuvalt läbipaistva regulatsiooni olulisust ja valmidust astuda sisulisse
dialoogi arvestades 2001. aastal sõlmitud erastamislepingu tingimusi.

AS Tallinna Vesi´s sales decreased by 2,3%
Message
During the 1st quarter of 2013 the total sales decreased by 2,3% to 12,7
million euros. It was mainly due to lower storm water revenues as well as there
has been slight decrease in domestic sector. Gross profit decreased in the 1st
quarter of 2013 by 8.1%.
The operating profit from the Company’s main business activity decreased by
10.4% to 6.2 mln euros during the three months of 2013 compared to the same
periood of 2012. Company’s total operating profit also decreased by 11.4%
during the same period, partly as a result of completion of the sewage
extension construction program in 2012, and therefore there were no revenues
from government grants in 2013.
Chairman of the Board Ian Plenderleith said that the Company continues to focus
on the improvement of operational performance and customer service. „Operating
and quality indicators are in a stable and very high level, despite that the
tariffs have been frozen at the level of 2010,“ he added.
On 25th of April, the Management Board included a proposal to the AGM of
shareholders to pay a dividend from the 2012 results of 87 cents per share,
which is an increase of 3.9% year on year. This increase is the same as
Estonian inflation and in “real” terms maintains dividends at the same level as
the previous year.
With regards the matters of economic and quality regulation the Company has
continuously stated its belief in fully transparent regulation and its
willingness to enter into meaningful dialogue that takes into account the
privatization contract signed in 2001.
