2012. aasta auditeeritud majandusaasta aruanne ja kasumi jaotamise ettepanek

Nordecon AS-i nõukogu kiitis 25.04.2013 toimunud koosolekul heaks Nordecon AS-i
2012. aasta auditeeritud majandusaasta aruande koos kasumi jaotamise
ettepanekuga. Nõukogu otsustas juhatuse poolt ette valmistatud aruande ja
ettepaneku kasumi jaotamise kohta saata kinnitamiseks aktsionäride korralisele
üldkoosolekule juhatuse poolt esitatud kujul.
Nordecon AS-i 2012. a majandusaasta puhaskasum on 1 477 000 eurot. Eelmiste
perioodide jaotamata kasum on kokku 4 563 000 eurot. Mitte maksta 2012. a
majandusaasta puhaskasumi ja eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasumi arvelt
dividende ja mitte teha eraldisi reservkapitali.
Auditeeritud 2012. aasta majandusaasta aruanne, selles sisalduv sõltumatu
vandeaudiitori aruanne ja kasumi jaotamise ettepanek on lisatud käesolevale
teatele ning on kättesaadav NASDAQ OMX Tallinna börsi koduleheküljelt
www.nasdaqomxbaltic.com ja emitendi koduleheküljel www.nordecon.com. Samuti on
majandusaasta aruandega võimalik tutvuda emitendi asukohas Pärnu mnt 158/1,
Tallinn.
Auditeeritud aruandes ei tehtud olulisi korrigeerimised võrreldes 13.02.2013
avalikustatud esialgsete majandustulemustega.

ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad

hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad

Audited annual report 2012 and profit allocation proposal

The council of Nordecon AS approved on 25 April 2013 the audited annual report
and profit allocation proposal for the year 2012. The council decided to
present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the
management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders.
Nordecon AS’ net profit of the 2012 financial year is EUR 1,477,000 euros. The
balance of retained earnings is 4,563,000 euros. Not to pay dividends from the
net profit for 2012 and prior period retained earnings and not to make any
transfers to the capital reserve.
The audited annual report that contains auditor’s report and profit allocation
proposal for 2012 is attached to this announcement and made available on NASDAQ
OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange’s web page www.nasdaqomxbaltic.com and issuer’s web
page www.nordecon.com. The annual report can also be read at issuer’s location
on Pärnu mnt 158/1, Tallinn.
There were no significant adjustments made in audited annual report compared to
the preliminary 12 month interim report published on 13 February 2013.
