Tänases ajalehes Äripäev ning eilses online väljaandes on esitatud eksklik
informatsioon ASi Ekspress Grupp võimaliku dividendide maksmise otsuse kohta.
Nimelt on ajalehe toimetajad teinud dividendide summat arvestades kümnekordse
arvutusvea märkides, et ettevõte plaanib maksta dividende summas 2,98 miljonit
eurot.
Ettevõtte poolt esmaspäeva hommikul avalikustatud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku
kutses on märgitud, et üldkoosolekule tehakse ettepanek maksta dividende 0.01
eurot aktsia kohta. Arvestades ettevõtte aktsiate arvu, milleks on 29 796 841,
on võimalike dividendide summa 297 968.41 eurot mitte 2,98 miljonit nagu
kirjutab majandusväljaanne Äripäev.

Today’s Äripäev newspaper and yesterday’s online publication published
misinformation regarding AS Ekspress Grupp's decision of potential dividend
payment. The editors of the newspaper have made a ten times accounting error
stating that the company plans to pay dividends in the amount of EUR 2.98
million.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders published by AS
Ekspress Grupp on Monday morning states that the company proposes to pay
shareholders dividends EUR 0.01 per share. Given the number of the shares of AS
Ekspress Grupp which is 29 796 841, the potential amount of dividends is EUR
297 968.41 not EUR 2.98 million as the economy newspaper Äripäev states.
