Skano Group AS nõukogu kiitis 19.04.2013 toimunud koosolekul heaks Skano Group
AS 2012.a. majandusaasta aruande koos kasumi jaotamise ettepanekuga.
Skano Group AS müügitulu oli 2012. aastal 19,1 mln eurot ja 2011. aastal 17,3
mln eurot. 2012. aasta majandustegevuse puhaskahjumiks kujunes 0,2 mln eurot.
Võrdluseks saadi 2011. aastal 2,6 mln eurot puhaskasumit. Viisnurga puhaskahjum
aktsia kohta oli 2012. aastal (0,04) eurot ja 2011. aastal puhaskasum 0,57
eurot. Käive kasvas 2012. aastal 10% võrreldes 2011. aastaga, konsolideeritud
ärikasum 74 tuhat eurot (2011: 2,7 mln eurot, sisaldades ühekordset kasumit
Püssi kiudplaadivabriku soodusostust summas 2,46 mln eurot), ja brutorentaablus
15,9% (2011: 18,5%).
Kontserni EBITDA oli 2012. aastal 1,0 mln eurot (eelmise aasta samal perioodil
3,4 mln eurot). Konsolideeritud puhaskahjum oli (0,2) mln eurot võrrelduna
2011. aasta puhaskasumi 2,6 mln euroga ja puhasrentaablus oli -1,1% (võrrelduna
2011. aasta 14,8%-ga). Võrreldava perioodi 2011. aasta tulemused sisaldavad
ühekordset kasumit Püssi kiudplaadivabriku soodusostust summas 2,46 mln eurot.

The Supervisory Board of Skano Group AS approved on 19th of April 2013 the
annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2012 of Skano Group
AS
In 2012, the revenue of Skano Group AS totalled to 19.1 million euros and in
2011, 17.3 million euros. In 2012, the net loss from operating activities
totalled 0.2 million euros as opposed to the net profit of 2.6 million euros in
2011. In 2012, the net loss per share of Skano Group AS was -0.04 euros and the
net profit for 2011 was 0.57 euros. Sales increased by 10% in 2012 as compared
to 2011, the consolidated operating profit was 74 thousand euros (2011: 2.7
million euros, including a one-off profit from the discounted purchase of Püssi
fibreboard factory in the amount of 2.46 million euros) and the gross margin
was 15.9% (2011: 18.5%).
In 2012, EBITDA of the Group amounted to 1.0 million euros (2011: 3.4 million
euros). The consolidated net loss was -0.2 million euros as compared to the net
profit of 2.6 million euros in 2011 and the net margin was -1.1% (as compared
to 14.8% in 2011). The results for the comparative period in 2011 include a
one-off profit from the bargain purchase of Püssi fibreboard factory in the
amount of 2.46 million euros.
