Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-04-19 12:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 18. aprillil 2013 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva ASi Merko Ehitus Eesti ja Logistika Haldus OÜ vahel leping Nurmevälja logistikakeskuse ehitustöödeks, asukohaga Välja tee 1, Iru küla, Jõelähtme vald. Lepingu kohaselt on ehitatava logistikakeskuse brutopindala 24 000 m² ning lisaks laopindadele tulevad hoonesse ka kontori-, koosoleku, riietus-, tehno- ja muud vajalikud ruumid. Täpset lepingu hinda poolte kokkuleppel ei avalikustata, aga lepingu maksumus jääb vahemikku 7-8 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks ning tööde valmimine on planeeritud 2014. aasta esimesse kvartalisse. Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-04-19 12:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 18 April 2013, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti – part of the AS Merko Ehitus group – and Logistika Haldus OÜ, concluded a contract for the construction works of Nurmevälja logistics center at Välja road 1, Iru village, Jõelähtme parish. Under the contract, the gross area of the logistics center to be built is 24,000 m² and in addition to storage area, the building will also accommodate offices, meeting facilities, dressing rooms, utility rooms and other necessary facilities. In the agreement between the parties, the exact price of the contract is not disclosed, but the contract value will remain in the range of EUR 7-8 million, plus VAT and the works are scheduled for completion in Q1 2014.
