Nordecon AS ja AS ASTRI-NARVA sõlmisid lepingu Narva ASTRI kaubanduskeskuse III
järgu ehitamiseks.

Nordecon AS ja AS ASTRI-NARVA sõlmisid 25.03.2013 ehituslepingu Narva ASTRI
kaubanduskeskuse III järgu ehitamiseks. Tööde käigus lammutatakse osaliselt
olemasoleva kaubanduskeskuse ühekordne hooneosa ning rajatakse uus
3-korruseline hoone, mis sisaldab kokku ligikaudu 19 000 ruutmeetrit uut
kaubanduspinda. Samuti ehitatakse välja parkimismaja koos avatud parklaga pea
400 autole ning korrastatakse ümbritsevad tänavad.
Ehituslepingu maksumus on üle 15 miljoni euro, millele lisandub käibemaks.
Ehitustööd algavad aprillis 2013 ning lõpevad suvel 2014.

Nordecon AS and AS ASTRI-NARVA signed a contract for the construction of Narva ASTRI shopping center's III phase Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-03-25 14:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordecon AS and AS ASTRI-NARVA signed a contract on 25 March 2013 for the construction of Narva ASTRI shopping center’s III phase (situated in Narva town, North-East of Estonia). The works include demolishing the one-storied part of existing center and building of a three-storied part containing approximately 19,000 square meters of new space. The works also include building of a parking house that with open space parking has room for 400 vehicles. Adjacent streets (pavements) of the center are renovated. The contract value exceeds 15 million euros (excluding VAT). Construction works begin in April 2013 and end in summer 2014. Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
