Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seadusest teatas East Capital AB, et temaga seotud
ettevõtete osalus Nordecon AS-is on langenud alla 5%. East Capital AB-ga seotud
ettevõtted omavad 13.03.2013 seisuga kokku 1 489 458 (4,84%) Nordecon ASi
hääleõiguslikku aktsiat.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2012. aasta
auditeerimata müügitulu oli 159,4 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab
hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad
noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.

As per Securities Market Act East Capital AB has informed that the voting
rights of its related parties in Nordecon AS have decreased below 5%. Entities
related to East Capital AB own as of 13 March 2013 1,489,485 (i.e. 4.84%)
shares entitled to vote.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated unaudited revenue of the
Group in 2012 was 159.4 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs more
than 700 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have been quoted in the
main list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
