Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seaduse § 185 lõikest 1 ja 2: 1) teavitas Baltplast OÜ (registrikood 10395956) 08.03.2013 Arco Vara, et on suurendanud oma osalust Arco Vara AS-i aktsiakapitalis 27,96%-ni ning peale 07.03.2013 sooritatud tehingut kuulub Baltplast OÜ-le 1 326 000 Arco Vara AS-i aktsiat; 2) teavitas OÜ Toletum (registrikood 11011219) 08.03.2013 Arco Vara, et on vähendanud oma osalust Arco Vara AS-i aktsiakapitalis 12,95%-ni ning peale 07.03.2013 sooritatud tehingut kuulub OÜ-le Toletum 614 278 Arco Vara AS-i aktsiat; 3) teavitas OÜ HM Investeeringud (registrikood 10963165) 11.03.2013 Arco Vara, et on vähendanud oma osalust Arco Vara AS-i aktsiakapitalis 13,19%-ni ning peale 07.03.2013 sooritatud tehingut kuulub OÜ-le HM Investeeringud 625 264 Arco Vara AS-i aktsiat. Lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse §-st 186 on börsiemitendil kohustus teavitada börsi olulise osaluse muutumisest. As required by § 185 (1) and (2) of the Securities Market Act: 1) on 8 March 2013, Baltplast OÜ (registry code 10395956) have informed Arco Vara that they have increased their shareholding in Arco Vara AS to 27.96%. After the transactions carried out on 7 March 2013, Baltplast OÜ controls 1,326,000 shares of Arco Vara AS; 2) on 8 March 2013, OÜ Toletum (registry code 11011219) have informed Arco Vara that have they increased their shareholding in Arco Vara AS to 12.95%. After the transactions carried out on 7 March 2013, OÜ Toletum controls 614,278 shares of Arco Vara AS; 3) on 11 March 2013, OÜ HM Investeeringud (registry code 10963165) have informed Arco Vara that they have decreased their shareholding in Arco Vara AS to 13.19%. After the transactions carried out on 7 March 2013, OÜ HM Investeeringud controls 625,264 shares of Arco Vara AS. The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
