OEG tütarettevõtja Olympic Casino Eesti AS omandas 11. märtsil 2013 100% Hollandis registreeritud valdusühingu Siquia Holding B.V. (osakapital 21 101 EUR) osadest. OEG asutas ja registreeris samuti 11. märtsil 2013 Jerseyl äriühingud Gametech Services Limited ja Gametech Licensing Limited ilma sissemakset tegemata, mõlema äriühingu autoriseeritud kapital on kuni 200 000 GBP. Tütarühingute asutamise ja omandamise eesmärgiks on juriidilise platvormi loomine seoses OEG kontserni tegevuse laiendamisega kontserni põhitegevusega seotud ja kaughasartmängude turgudel. Käesolevad tehingud ei ole käsitletavad tehinguna seotud isikuga ning ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. Juhatus ja nõukogu ei ole tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud. OEG: OEG acquires a Dutch company and establishes two companies in Jersey

On 11 March 2013 OEG's subsidiary Olympic Casino Eesti AS acquired a 100% share holding of a holding company Siquia Holding B.V. (share capital 21,101 EUR) registered in the Netherlands. In addition on 11 March 2013 OEG established and registered the companies Gametech Services Limited and Gametech Licensing Limited in Jersey without making a share capital contribution, whereas the authorized capital of both companies is 200,000 GBP. The aim of establishing and acquiring the subsidiaries is to create a legal platform for the expansion of OEG group's activities in markets related to the group's main business and in the business of remote gambling. These transactions are not considered to be transactions with related parties and they do not have a direct effect on the economic activities of the OEG group. The management board and the supervisory board are not personally interested in these transactions in any other way.
