kauplemise algust.
Ettevõtte juhatuse esimees Paolo Michelozzi selgitas: „ Meie III kvartali
aruande koostamine viiakse lõpule 29. novembriks 2012. Ettevõte on hetkel mitme
suure projekti arendusetapis ja märgitut arvestades teenib ettevõte
planeeritult kahjumi. Praeguses projektide arendusetapis on kahjum
kinnisvaraarenduse valdkonnas tavaline. Suurte arendusprojektide valmimine
kestab mitmeid aastaid ja vajab ulatuslike investeeringute tegemist“.

JSC Pro Kapital Grupp will publish its 3rd quarter (Q3) results on 29th of
November 2012 before the start of the trading.
Mr Paolo Michelozzi, the Chairman of the Management Board of the company,
explains: “Our 3rd quarter (Q3) report will be finalized by 29 November 2012.
The company is in the development phase of major projects and will make a
financial loss as expected in this situation. Operating with a loss follows the
usual timeline of real estate development. Completing major real estate
developments lasts several years and requires extensive investments”.
