21 December 2012 and the new Managing Director of the company will be Asta

From 2006 up until now, Asta Iljasevi?i?t? served as the Marketing Director of
UAB Ekspress Leidyba.
Asta Iljasevi?i?t? does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
