Nordecon AS ja Sihtasutus Tartu Pauluse Kirik sõlmisid ehituslepingu Tartu
Pauluse kiriku V etapi renoveerimistööde tegemiseks. Tööde käigus
renoveeritakse muuhulgas kiriku kellatorn ja välisfassaad ning kontserdisaal
koos uute rõdude ehitamisega.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus ilma ettenägematute tööde reservita (10%) on
ligikaudu 4,98 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad
2013. aasta alguses ning need on plaanis lõpetada 2014. aasta novembris.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad

stage renovation works in St Paul's Church in Tartu

Nordecon AS and Foundation Tartu Pauluse Kirik (St Paul’s Church in Tartu)
signed a contract for the fifth stage renovation works in St Paul’s Church in
Tartu. The works include renovation of church bell tower, exterior facade and
concert hall with the construction of balconies.
The contract value without the reserve (10 per cent) for unexpected works is
approximately 4.98 million euros, excluding VAT. The works start in the
beginning of 2013 and are scheduled for completion in November 2014.
