Alexander Frisenbergi ettevõtte juhatuse liikme kohustustest vastavalt poolte vahelisele kokkuleppele. Sama nõukogu koosolek nimetas hr. Toomas Tool'i uueks nõukogu esimeheks (alates 15. novembrist 2012.a). Hr. Toomas Tool valiti Silvano Fashion Group nõukogusse vastavalt ettevõtte aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsusele 30. juunist 2012.a. Tallinn, 2012-11-21 16:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As of 12 November 2012, the supervisory board of Silvano Fashion Group released Mr. Alexander Frisenberg from the duties of the board member based on the mutual consent. The same supervisory board meeting appointed Mr. Toomas Tool as the new Chairman of the supervisory board (effective from 15 November 2012). Mr. Tool was elected to the supervisory board based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting held on 30 June 2012.
