Juhatuse liikme valimine
AS-i Tallink Grupp nõukogu valis 20.11.2012 uueks juhatuse liikmeks Tallink
Silja AB tegevjuhi Kadri Landi (sündinud 1964).
Kadri Land ühines ettevõttega 2005.aastal ning on töötanud seni Kontserni
Rootsi organisatsiooni juhina. Kadri juhtimise all toimus Tallink Sverige AB ja
Silja Line AB ühendamine ja ülesehitamine ning integreeritud Tallink Silja
Rootsi organisatsiooni loomine. Ühtlasi oli ta seotud Stockholm – Riia liini
avamisega aastal 2006 ning mitmete Kontserni uute laevade Rootsi turule
toomisega.
Kadri Landil on magistrikraad füüsikas (Tartu Ülikool) aastast 1987. Enne
Tallinkiga ühinemist oli ta Rootsi Raadio produtsent ja toimetaja Stockholmis
ning Ameerika Hääle produtsent Washingtonis, USA-s. Kadri Landile kuulub 39 792
AS-i Tallink Grupp aktsiat.

Election of a management board member
The Supervisory Board of AS Tallink Grupp elected on 20.11.2012 the current
Managing Director of Tallink Silja AB, Mrs Kadri Land (born 1964) as a new
member of the Management Board of AS Tallink Grupp.
Kadri Land joined the Group in 2005 and has been managing the Group's Swedish
organisation since then. Kadri is credited as merging Tallink Sverige AB and
Silja Line AB and building up the integrated Tallink Silja Swedish
organization. She was involved in launching the Stockholm – Riga route in 2006
and launching several of the Groups' new vessels in the Swedish market.
Kadri Land has received a Master of Sciences in physics (Tartu University,
Estonia) in 1987. Before joining Tallink Grupp she was the producer and editor
of Radio Sweden Stockholm, and the producer of Voice of America International
Broadcasting, Washington DC, USA. Kadri Land owns 39 792 shares of AS Tallink
Grupp.
