Nordecon AS ja OÜ Järve Biopuhastus sõlmisid lepingu Kiviõli linna
projektipiirkonna ühisveevärgi ja -kanalisatsioonisüsteemide 1. osa ehitustööde
teostamiseks.

Nordecon AS ja OÜ Järve Biopuhastus sõlmisid lepingu Kiviõli linna
projektipiirkonna ühisveevärgi ja –kanalisatsioonisüsteemide 1. osa ehitustööde
teostamiseks. Tööde käigus rajatakse vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustikke
kogupikkuses ligikaudu 20,4 kilomeetrit ja ehitatakse üheksa reoveepumplat.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus ilma ettenägematute tööde reservita (5%) on
ligikaudu 4,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad
novembris 2012 ning kestavad 9 kuud.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad

Nordecon AS and OÜ Järve Biopuhastus signed a contract for the construction of
Kiviõli town water and sewage network (part 1).

Nordecon AS and OÜ Järve Biopuhastus signed a contract for the construction of
Kiviõli town water and sewage network (part 1). The total length of the water
and sewage pipelines under construction is approximately 20.4 kilometers. In
addition nine new sewage water pumping stations will be built.
The contract value without the reserve (5 per cent) for unexpected works is
approximately 4.3 million euros, excluding VAT. The works begin in November
2012 and last for nine months.
