AS Delfi nõukogu otsustas alates 15. oktoobrist nimetada ettevõtte uueks
juhatuse liikmeks ja tegevjuhiks seni ASis Estravel turundus- ja
tootedirektorina töötanud Mari-Liis Rüütsalu.
Mari-Liis Rüütsalu töötas ASis Estravel erinevatel ametikohtadel alates 1998.
aastast, juhtides alates 2009. aastast Estraveli turundus- ja
kommunikatsioonitegevusi ning vastutades alates 2011. aastast lisaks veel
tootevaldkonna arendamise eest.
Senine AS Delfi tegevjuht ja juhatuse liige Allan Sombri kutsutakse alates
samast kuupäevast juhatusest tagasi. Ettevõte peab hetkel Allan Sombriga
läbirääkimisi jätkamaks Ekspress Grupis uuel ametikohal.
Mari-Liis Rüütsalu ei oma ASi Ekspress Grupp aktsiaid.

From 15th October, the Supervisory Board of AS Delfi has decided to appoint
Mari-Liis Rüütsalu, the former Marketing and Product Director of AS Estravel,
as the new Management Board member and Chief Executive Officer of AS Delfi.
From 1998, Mari-Liis Rüütsalu has worked in various positions in AS Estravel.
From 2009, she led marketing and communications activities in the company and
from 2011 was also responsible for product development.
Allan Sombri, the current Chief Executive Officer and Management Board member
of AS Delfi will be called back from the Management Board of the company from
the same date. Negotiations regarding Allan Sombri continuing in AS Ekspress
Grupp in a new position are in progress.
Mari-Liis Rüütsalu does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
