AS-i Tallink Grupp nõukogu otsustas 16.08.2012 valida AS-i Tallink Grupp
juhatuse liikmeks kontserni müügi- ja turundusdirektori Hr. Peter Roose.
Peter Roose alustas kontsernis tööd 2005. aastal. Lühiajaliselt kuulusid tema
töökohustuste hulka reklaamitegevus ning investorsuhted. Läbi aastate on Peter
Roose olnud müügi- ja turundusdirektor, algul vastutas ta turundustegevuse eest
Eestis ning alates 2009 on olnud ta vastutav kogu kontserni müügi ja
–turundustegevuse eest.
Peter Roose on omandanud Wilfrid Laurier Ülikooli (Waterloo, Kanada)
bakalaureusekraadi 1991 aastal. Enne AS-i Tallink Grupp tööle asumist on Peter
Roose olnud kahe rahvusvahelise reklaamiagentuuri tegevdirektor ning juhtinud
otsepostituse ettevõtet. Peter Roosele kuulub 39 588 AS-i Tallink Grupp
aktsiat.

Election of a management board member
The Supervisory Board of AS Tallink Grupp elected on 16.08.2012 the Group’s
Sales and Marketing Director Mr. Peter Roose (born 1969) as a new member of the
Management Board of AS Tallink Grupp.
Peter Roose joined the Group in 2005. For a short period his duties included
managing advertising and Investor Relations. Throughout the years he has been
Sales and Marketing Director initially for Estonia and from 2009 he took
responsibility for Sales and Marketing at the group level.
Peter Roose has received a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo,
Canada) in 1991. Before joining Tallink Grupp he was the Managing Director of
two international advertising agencies and ran a direct mailing company. Peter
Roose owns 39 588 shares of AS Tallink Grupp.
