Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seatusest teatas KJK Capital Oy Nordecon ASile, et KJK
Fund SICAV-SIF osalus Nordecon ASis on tõusnud üle 5%. Peale 06.08.2012
sooritatud aktsiate ostutehingut omab fond kokku 1 615 423 (5,25%) Nordecon ASi
hääleõiguslikku aktsiat.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2011. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 147,8 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab
hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad

As per Securities Market Act KJK Capital Oy has informed Nordecon AS that the
voting rights of KJK Fund SICAV-SIF have increased above 5%. After the share
acquisition on 6 August 2012 the fund owns 1,615,423 (i.e. 5.25%) of shares
entitled to vote.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2011 was 147.8 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs more than 700
people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have been quoted in the main
list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
