Alates 4. juulist on täiendavaks juhatuse liikmeks W.Alexander Frisenberg, kes vastutab SFG Grupi kommertstegevuse eest. W.A. Frisenberg on viimase 3 aasta jooksul olnud tegev juhatuse liikmena The Zelective Group S.a.r.l.-is asukohaga Monacos. W.A.Frisenberg ei oma Silvano Fashion Group AS aktsiaid. Alates 13. juulist on täiendavaks juhatuse liikmeks Aleksei Kadõrko, kes vastutab SFG Grupi finantsjuhtimise eest. A.Kadõrko töötas viimase 3 aasta jooksul vandeaudiitorina audiitorfirmas AS PricewaterhouseCoopers. A.Kadõrko ei oma Silvano Fashion Group AS aktsiaid. Tallinn, 2012-07-13 08:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SFG supervisory board appointed 2 new management board members of Silvano Fashion Group. From July 4th, Mr. W.Alexander Frisenberg serves as the management board member, responsible for the Group’s commercial activities. For the last 3 years, Mr. Frisenberg has been managing The Zelective Group S.a.r.l., domiciled in Monaco. Mr. Frisenberg does not hold any shares of SFG. From July 13th, Mr. Aleksei Kadõrko serves as the management board member, responsible for the Group’s finance affairs. For the last 3 years, Mr. Kadõrko was employed by AS PricewaterhouseCoopers as a sworn auditor. Mr. Kadõrko does not hold any shares of SFG.
