Täna, 3. juulil 2012, pärast Eesti Konkurentsiametitelt ja autotootjatelt
heakskiidu saamist, viis AS Tallinna Kaubamaja tütarettevõte OptiGroup Invest
OÜ lõpuni 100%-se osaluse omandamise ASis Viking Motors. Samuti omandas
Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS tehingu käigus kinnistu aadressil A. H.
Tammsaare tee 51, Tallinn, kus asub ASi Viking Motors müügisalong.

Acquisition of shares of AS Viking Motors
Message
Today, on 03.07.2012, OptiGroup Invest OÜ, a subsidiary of AS Tallinna
Kaubamaja, after obtaining the approval of the Estonian Competition Board and
the car manufacturers, completed the acquisition of the 100% shareholding in AS
Viking Motors. As a part of the transaction, Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS
also acquired the immovable at A. H. Tammsaare tee 51, Tallinn, housing the
sale salon of AS Viking Motors.
