Message
Kooskõlas VTS § 18410 lg 6 on AS Harju Elekter täiendanud majandusaasta aruandele lisatud juhtkonna deklaratsiooni tegevusaruande kohta kinnitades, et tegevusaruanne annab õige ja õiglase ülevaate aruandeperioodi jooksul toimunud olulistest sündmustest ning nende mõjust raamatupidamisaruandele, sisaldab peamiste riskide kirjeldust ning kajastab olulise tähtsusega tehinguid seotud osapooltega (vt majandusaasta aruande lk.83). Muus osas ei erine täiendatud versioon varem avalikustatust. CORRECTION: Audited annual report 2011, Management Board’s Confirmation amended
Message
In compliance with the Securities Market Act § 184¹0 section 6, AS Harju Elekter has amended Management Board’s Confirmation attached to the annual report, confirming that the management report gives a true and fair view of the key events occurred in the reporting period and their impact on the financial statements contains a description of key risks and provides an overview of important transactions with the related parties (see annual report page 84). There are no other amendments made to the annual report compared to the previously published version.
