11. mail 2012 kanti Äriregistrisse AS Baltika uus aktsiakapital, mida vähendati vastavalt 20. aprilli 2012 aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsusele. AS Baltika registreeritud uus aktsiakapital on 7 158 970 eurot, mis jaguneb 35 794 850 aktsiaks nimiväärtusega 0,2 eurot aktsia kohta. Registration of the share capital decrease in the Commercial Register
Message
In accordance with the decision taken to decrease share capital on the Annual general meeting on 20 April 2012 new share capital of AS Baltika was registered in the Commercial Register on 11 May 2012. The registered new share capital of AS Baltika is 7,158,970 euros divided into 35,794,850 shares with the nominal value of 0.2 euros per share.
