OÜ HansaAssets ja OÜ Hendaya Invest teatasid Olympic Entertainment Group AS-ile, et on müünud SEB Enskilda vahendusel vastavalt 1 050 000 ja 450 000 aktsiat 8. mail 2012. Tehingujärgselt kuulub OÜ-le HansaAssets 68 361 890 hääleõiguslikku aktsiat (45,2%) ning OÜ-e Hendaya Invest vastavalt 28 725 010 hääleõiguslikku aktsiat (19,0%). Aktsiad müüdi seoses OÜ HansaAssets ja OÜ Hendaya Invest majandustegevusest tuleneva vajadusega ning eesmärgiks ei ole osaluse strateegiline vähendamine. Kumbki aktsionär ei kavatse lähitulevikus täiendavalt Olympic Entertainment Group AS-i aktsiaid müüa. OÜ HansaAssets and OÜ Hendaya Invest have jointly informed Olympic Entertainment Group AS of their respective sale of 1,050,000 and 450,000 shares in the company on May 8, 2012 by SEB Enskilda. Post transaction OÜ HansaAssets owns 68,361,890 (45.2%) and OÜ Hendaya Invest 28,725,010 vote-carrying shares (19.0%). The shares were sold due to necessities related to economic activities of OÜ HansaAssets and OÜ Hendaya Invest and were not intended as strategic reductions in shareholdings. Neither shareholder intends to sell shares in Olympic Entertainment Group AS in the near future.
