Arco Vara AS-i 100%-line tütarettevõte Arco Investeeringute AS võõrandas 49,4%-se osaluse ühisettevõttes Bišumuižas Nami SIA partnerile SIA Linstow Baltic hinnaga 2 eurot. Tehingu tulemusena väljus Arco Vara Bišumuižas Nami SIA omanikeringist ning ettevõtte 100% aktsiate omanikuks sai SIA Linstow Baltic. Bišumuižas Nami SIA on korterelamute arendamiseks loodud ettevõtte, millel puudub hetkel aktiivne tegevus. Ettevõtte laenukoormus ulatub 13,8 mln euroni. Bišumuižas Nami SIA kontrollib 100% ettevõtet Sportings Riga SIA, millele kuulub 11,2 ha suurune maatükk Riias. Arco Vara otsis projektist väljumiseks võimalust enam kui aasta. Tehing ei avalda kontserni finantsseisundi- ja kasumiaruandele olulist mõju. Samas kaob osaluse võõrandamisega Arco Investeeringute AS-il ära potentsiaalne kohustus toetada ühisettevõtet korterelamute arendamisel ja laenukohustuste teenindamisel. 2011. aastal finantseeris Arco Investeeringute AS ühisettevõtet summas 0,3 mln eurot. Arco Vara on Baltimaade üks juhtivaid kinnisvara ettevõtteid, asutatud 1992. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevus on kinnisvaraarendus, mida toetavad vahendus, hindamine, ehitus ja kinnisvarahaldus. 27.04.2012: Arco Investeeringute AS disposes of interest in joint venture Bišumuižas Nami SIA

Arco Vara AS’s wholly-held subsidiary Arco Investeeringute AS sold its 49.4% stake in the joint venture Bišumuižas Nami SIA for 2 euros to the co-venturer SIA Linstow Baltic. By the transaction, Arco Vara disposed of its interest in Bišumuižas Nami SIA and SIA Linstow Baltic became the sole owner of the entity. Bišumuižas Nami SIA is a company established for the development of apartment buildings that is currently inactive. The company’s loan burden extends to 13.8 million euros. Bišumuižas Nami SIA has sole control over Sportings Riga SIA, which owns an 11.2 ha plot in Riga. Arco Vara sought opportunities for exiting the project for more than a year. The transaction has no significant impact on the group’s financial position and financial performance. However, by divesting the interest Arco Investeeringute AS also disposed of a potential obligation to support the joint venture in the development of apartment buildings and in servicing loan liabilities.
