Message
Seoses vajadusega tõhustada Nordeconi kontserni juhtimisstruktuuri ja
täpsustada põhitegevuse juhtimist teeb Nordecon AS nõukogu esimees 30.04.2012
toimuval korralisel koosolekul nõukogule ettepaneku Nordecon AS juhatuse
koosseisu muutmiseks.

Seoses vajadusega tõhustada Nordeconi kontserni juhtimisstruktuuri ja
täpsustada põhitegevuse juhtimist teeb Nordecon AS nõukogu esimees 30.04.2012
toimuval korralisel koosolekul nõukogule ettepaneku Nordecon AS juhatuse
koosseisu muutmiseks. Muudatuse ettepanek on seotud põhitegevuse juhtimise
koondamisega seniselt kahelt juhatuse liikmelt ühele. Nõukogu esimehe
otsuseettepaneku kohaselt kutsutakse tagasi seni hoonete valdkonda juhtinud
juhatuse liige Marko Raudsik. Alates 01.05.2012 hakkab Nordeconi kontserni
põhitegevuse eest vastutama seni rajatiste valdkonda juhtinud juhatuse liige
Erkki Suurorg. Teisi muudatusi juhatuse isikkoosseisus ja vastutusvaldkondades
nõukogu esimehe ettepanekul ei tehta – müügi ja ehituse ettevalmistuse
valdkonnas jätkab juhatuse liige Avo Ambur ja kontserni üldjuhtimise eest
vastutab juhatuse esimees Jaano Vink.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2011. aasta
auditeerimata müügitulu oli ligikaudu 150 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern
annab hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad
noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna börsi põhinimekirjas.

Message
Coming from the need to make the management structure of Nordecon AS more
efficient and to specify the management of core activities, the chairman of the
council will put on the vote (council meets on 30 April 2012) the proposal to
change the management board structure.

Coming from the need to make the management structure of Nordecon AS more
efficient and to specify the management of core activities, the chairman of the
council will put on the vote (council meets on 30 April 2012) the proposal to
change the management board structure. According to the chairman’s proposal the
responsibilities for the management of core activities will be consolidated
under single member of the management board. Mr Marko Raudsik, responsible for
managing buildings business line, will be recalled from the board. Starting
from 1 May 2012 all the core activities will be managed by Mr Erkki Suurorg,
current member of board responsible for infrastructure business line.
There will be no other changes in the management board structure and
responsibilities as per chairman’s proposal. Sales and pre-construction
operations are managed by Mr Avo Ambur, overall management of the group is
managed by chairman Mr Jaano Vink.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
