Tallinn, Eesti, 2012-04-03 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3. aprillil 2012 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva ASi Merko Infra ja SA Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla vahel leping Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla Mustamäe D- ja C-korpuse, kahetasandilise parkla ning B-korpuse liftide ehitustöödeks, asukohaga J. Sütiste tee 19 Tallinn. Tööde käigus rekonstrueeritakse täielikult Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla Mustamäe C- ja D-korpused, laiendatakse A- korpust, ehitatakse kahetasandiline parkla, paigaldatakse B-korpusesse uued liftid ja rekonstrueeritakse liftišahtid. Krundil rekonstrueeritakse kogu eespool toodud töödega kaasnev taristu ja pinnakatendid. Töid teostatakse ja valminud hooneosad võetakse kasutusse etapiviisiliselt. Tegu on töötavas haiglakompleksis teostatavate töödega, millega kaasneb palju tehnoloogilisi ja tööde organisatoorseid erinõudeid, et mitte häirida osutatavat tervishoiuteenust. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 23,87 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks ning tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2015. aasta mai. Tallinn, Estonia, 2012-04-03 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 3 April 2012, AS Merko Infra, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus Group, and North Estonia Medical Centre entered into a contract to perform the construction works of D and C Blocks of North Estonia Medical Centre in Mustamäe, a two-level parking facility and lifts of B Blocks at 19 J. Sütiste tee, Tallinn. The scope of works includes complete reconstruction of C and D Blocks of North Estonia Medical Centre, extension of A Block, construction of a to-level parking facility, installation of new elevators into B Block and reconstruction of elevator wells. All the related infrastructures and pavements will be reconstructed on the property. The construction works will be performed and completed blocks will be placed into exploitation in stages. All the works will be conducted in an operating hospital and this will involve compliance with numerous technical and organisational requirements in order to avoid interference with health care services The expected value of the contract is 23.87 million Euros, plus value added tax, and the works are to completed by May 2015.
