Tallinn, Eesti, 2012-03-30 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS-i Merko Ehitus 100%lise tütarettevõtte UAB Merko Statyba nõukogu otsustas 29.03.2012 toimunud koosolekul kinnitada muudatused ettevõtte juhtimises, mille kohaselt senine peadirektor Gediminas Tursa nimetati nõukogu esimeheks. Ettevõtte nõukogu liikmetena jätkavad Andres Trink, Jaan Mäe ja Tõnu Toomik. Ettevõtte uueks peadirektoriks nimetati ettevõtte senine finantsjuht Saulius Putrimas. Muudatused toimusid kontserni efektiivsusprogrammi raames ja seoses vajadusega viia ettevõtte juhtimismudel paremini kooskõlla strateegiliste eesmärkidega Leedu turul. Tallinn, Eesti, 2012-03-30 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At a meeting held on 29.03.2012, the supervisory board of UAB Merko Statyba, a 100% subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus, decided to approve changes in the management structure of the company, pursuant to which the former Director General Gediminas Tursa was appointed the chairman of the supervisory board. Andres Trink, Jaan Mäe and Tõnu Toomik will continue as members of the supervisory board of the company. Saulius Putrimas, the company’s former manager of finances, was appointed the new Director General. These changes were made as part of the group’s efficiency plan and due to a need to harmonise the management model of the company with its strategic goals in the Lithuanian market.
