Nordecon AS ja Maanteeamet sõlmisid ehituse töövõtulepingu Tartu läänepoolse
ümbersõidu 4. ehitusala ehitustööde teostamiseks.

Nordecon AS ja Maanteeamet sõlmisid ehituse töövõtulepingu Tartu läänepoolse
ümbersõidu 4. ehitusala ehitustööde teostamiseks. Tööde käigus rajatakse 2+2
sõidurajaga põhitee kogupikkusega ligikaudu 2 050 meetrit. Liiklussõlme rampide
ja muude kõrvalteede pikkuseks on kokku ligikaudu 5 900 meetrit. Lisaks
ehitatakse raudtee ja sõidutee viaduktid, vastavalt 51 ja 41 meetrit. Samuti
ehitatakse välja uued sadevee jms. torustike võrgud, rajatakse tänavavalgustus
ning rekonstrueeritakse elektriliinid.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus (ilma ettenägematute tööde reservita) on 14 679 763
eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad eelduslikult 2012. aasta
kevadel ning tööde kestuseks on lepingus määratletud alustuskuupäevast
sõltuvalt 21 kuud.

Nordecon AS and Estonian Road Administration signed a contract for the
construction works of the 4th section of Tartu's western bypass.

Nordecon AS and Estonian Road Administration signed a contract for the
construction works of the 4th section of Tartu’s western bypass. The works
include the construction of 2+2 lane main highway of approximately 2,050 meters
and ramps and secondary roads of approximately 5,900 meters. Viaducts for
railway and motor traffic of 51 and 41 meters respectively will also be built.
Construction of multiple networks (collection of rainfall etc.), roadside
lighting and reconstruction of power lines are included in contractual works.
The contract value without the reserve of unexpected works is 14,679,763 euros,
excluding VAT. The works begin in spring 2012 and depending on the contractual
commencement date last for 21 months.
