AS Tallinna Vesi nõukogu kinnitas 2011. aasta majandustulemused
AS Tallinna Vesi nõukogu kinnitas 2011. aasta auditeeritud majandustulemused,
Ettevõtte finantstulemused võrreldes 27. jaanuaril 2012 avaldatud esialgsete
tulemustega ei muutunud.
Ettevõtte käive põhitegevusest, st veevarustuse- ja kanalisatsiooniteenuse
müügist, kasvas 3 protsendi võrra 46,5 miljoni euroni ning ärikasum nendest
tegevustest suurenes 5 protsendi võrra 25,4 miljoni euroni. Meie põhitegevuse
osas oli reaalne tulukus investeeritud kapitalilt 6,5 protsenti 2011. aastal ja
6,2 protsenti erastamisjärgsel perioodil, olles samal tasemel teiste erastatud
vee-ettevõtete poolt teenitud tulukuse määraga.
Ettevõte on otsustanud lükata edasi aktsionäride korralise koosoleku toimumise
aja nädala võrra ehk 22. maile 2012.

AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council confirmed 2011 financial results
The Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi confirmed the audited financial
results for the year 2011. The financial reports remained unchanged compared to
the preliminary disclosure on 27 January 2012.
The Company's turnover from the main business activity, the sales of water and
wastewater increased by 3 per cent to 46.5 million euros and the operating
profit from these activities increased by 5 per cent to 25,4 million euros. The
real return on invested capital in the Company's main business was 6.5 per cent
in 2011 and 6.2% during the period after privatization from 2001, which is in
accordance with the rates of return made by other privatized water utilities.
The Company has decided to postpone the date of the Annual General Meeting of
the Company's shareholders by one week to May 22th 2012.
