AS Ekspress Grupp ning tütarettevõtted AS Eesti Ajalehed ja AS Delfi
moodustavad ajalehe Eesti Päevaleht ja internetiportaali Delfi toimetuste
baasilt uue päevauudiste toimetuse, mis hakkab vastutama sisu tootmise eest
igapäevaselt ilmuvatesse trüki-, digitaal- ja online toodetesse. Päevauudiste
toimetuse juhiks saab Urmo Soonvald. Nimetatud organisatsioonilise muudatusega
seoses kutsub ASi Eesti Ajalehed nõukogu alates 1. aprillist juhatusest tagasi
Eesti Päevalehe toimetaja Vallo Toometi. Uut juhatuse liiget ei valita.

Ekspress Grupp creates a daily news editorial office

AS Ekspress Grupp and its subsidiaries AS Eesti Ajalehed and AS Delfi will form
a new daily news editorial office based on the editorial offices of the
newspaper Eesti Päevaleht and the online portal Delfi. The new daily news
editorial office will be responsible for creating content for daily published
print, digital and online publications. The Head of the daily news editorial
office will be Urmo Soonvald. In relation to the above mentioned organizational
change, the Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Ajalehed removes from 1st of April
Vallot Toomet, the Editor in Chief of Eesti Päevaleht, from the Management
Board of AS Eesti Ajalehed. New Management Board member will not be appointed.
