Siirdemeditsiinikeskuse projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks.

Nordecon AS ja Tartu Ülikool sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Tartusse rajatava
Siirdemeditsiinikeskuse projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks. Ehitatava
kolmekorruselise hoone brutopind on ligikaudu 5 700 ruutmeetrit. Projekti
kaasfinantseerijaks SA Archimedes.
Tööde lepinguline maksumus (ilma ettenägematute tööde reservita) on 7 228 800
eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Projekteerimistööd algavad kohe peale
lepingu sõlmimist, ehitustööd algavad suvel 2012. Tööde pikkuseks on kaks
aastat.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub

design and construction works of the centre for translational medicine

Nordecon AS and Tartu Ülikool (University of Tartu) signed a contract for the
design and construction works of the centre for translational medicine,
situated in Tartu, Estonia. The three-storeyed building takes up approximately
5,700 square meters (gross area). The project is co-financed by Archimedes
Foundation.
The contract value without the reserve of unexpected works is 7,228,800 euros,
excluding VAT. The design works begin immediately, construction works in summer
2012. Contract works last two years.
