pakkumise tingimusi vastavalt Poolas kehtivale seadusandlusele), et ING Parasol
Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty hääleõiguslik osalus Silvano Fashion Group AS-is
on vähenenud alla 5% künnise.
Nimetatud tehingu aluseks on ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty poolt 23.
jaanuaril 2012.a. võõrandatud aktsiad.
Enne nimetatud aktsiate omandamist kuulus ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny
Otwarty’le 1 974 333 Silvano Fashion Group aktsiat, mis moodustas 5,01%
emitendi aktsiakapitalist.
Peale tehingu sooritamist omab ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty kokku 1
927 743 Silvano Fashion Group aktsiat, mis moodustab 4,88% emitendi
aktsiakapitalist.

Pursuant to Article 69, Sec. 1, Item 2 of Law on Public Offering and the Terms
and Conditions Governing Introduction of Financial Instruments into the
Organized Trading System and Public Companies, acting on behalf of ING Parasol
Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
informed us that as a consequence of disposal of shares in Silvano Fashion
Group AS the number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of that
company held by ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty has fallen below the
5% threshold of total number of votes.
The change of the share held in the total number of votes at the general
meeting of Silvano Fashion Group AS is a result of the sale of shares by ING
Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty in SFG on 23 January 2012.
Before the change, ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty held 1,974,333
shares in Silvano Fashion Group AS, accounting for 5.01% of the share capital
of SFG.
After the given transaction, ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty holds
1,927,743 shares in Silvano Fashion Group AS, representing 4.88% of the share
capital of SFG.
