Amber Trust S.C.A. SICAF-SIF (edaspidi Amber) ning AS LHV Pank (edaspidi LHV)
sõlmisid 23. märtsil 2011 AS Premia Foods aktsiate suhtes müügi ja tagasiostu
lepingu (edaspidi Leping). Lepingu kohaselt Amber müüs ning kohustus tagasi
ostma 1 478 261 AS Premia Foods aktsiat. 19. detsembril 2011. a ostis Amber
nimetatud 1 478 261 AS Premia Foods aktsiat LHV käest tagasi.

AS Premia Foods received the following information from Amber Trust S.C.A.
SICAF-SIF. The information below relates to the transaction referred to in the
stock exchange news as published in the information system of NASDAQ OMX
Tallinn Stock Exchange on 30 March 2011 and as available at
https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=445
924&messageId=541821.
Amber Trust S.C.A. SICAF-SIF (hereinafter Amber) and AS LHV Pank (hereinafter
LHV) executed on 23 March 2011 the sale and repurchase agreement (hereinafter
the Agreement) with regard to the shares of AS Premia Foods. According to the
agreement Amber sold and undertook to repurchase 1,478,261 shares of AS Premia
Foods.
On 19 December 2011, Amber repurchased to above-referred 1,478,261 shares of AS
Premia Foods from LHV.
