UAB Delfi nõukogu kutsus ettevõtte juhatusest ja tegevjuhi ametikohalt tagasi
Jurga Eivaite ja määras alates 10.11.2011 uueks juhatuse liikmeks ja
tegevjuhiks Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius 'e.
„Täname Jurga Eivaitet, kelle juhtimisel on Delfi saavutanud Leedu turul tugeva
positsiooni. Oleme väga hoolikalt valinud, kes võiks olla järgmine tegevjuht
asendamaks Jurga Eivaitet ning oleme selleks valinud rahvusvahelise
juhtimiskogemusega Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius'e,“ sõnas ASi Ekspress Grupp
juhatuse esimees Gunnar Kobin.
Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius on viimased kaks aastat töötanud RTL Groupis brändi
Klub 100 (Venemaa) tegevjuhina. Aastatel 2008 kuni 2009 töötas Aleksandras
?esnavi?ius Modern Times Group'i tütarettevõtte TV3 Slovenia tegevjuhina ning
2005 kuni 2008 Prima TV (Tšehhi) tegevjuhina.
Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius ei oma ASi Ekspress Grupp aktsiaid.

The Supervisory Board of UAB Delfi has decided to remove Jurga Eivaite from the
Management Board of the company and from the position of Chief Executive
Officer and to appoint Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius as the new member of the
Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of UAB Delfi from 10 November
2011.
„We thank Jurga Eivaite for her contribution and commitment thanks to which
Delfi gained such a strong position in Lithuanian market. We have been
carefully looking for who could be the next CEO to replace her and we chose
Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius who has many years of international management
experience,“ said Gunnar Kobin, the Chairman of the Management Board of AS
Ekspress Grupp.
For the last two years, Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius served as the Chief Executive
Officer of the brand Klubas 100 (Russia) in RTL Group. Previously, ?esnavi?ius
has worked in Modern Times Group - from 2008 until 2009, he served as the CEO
of TV3 Slovenia and from 2005 until 2008 as the CEO of Prima TV (Czech
Republic).
Aleksandras ?esnavi?ius does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
