kohaldamiseks ja vaidlustas Konkurentsiameti ettekirjutuse.
Vastuseks Konkurentsiameti 10. oktoobri 2011 ettekirjutusele, mis kohustas
Ettevõtet esitama hiljemalt 14. novembril hinnataotluse kehtivate tariifide
alandamiseks 29% võrra, esitas Ettevõte 9. novembril 2011 Tallinna
halduskohtule taotluse esialgse õiguskaitse kohaldamiseks, paludes kohtul
peatada ettekirjutuse kehtivus kuni kohus teeb otsuse ettekirjutust vaidlustava
kaebuse osas. Ettevõte informeerib investoreid käimasoleva vaidlusega seotud
edasistest arengutest.

AS Tallinna Vesi submitted to the Tallinn Administrative Court an application
for an injunction and disputed the Competition Authority's prescription.
In response to the Competition Authority's prescription of 10 October 2011
which instructed ASTV to submit a tariff application for reducing its current
tariffs by 29% by 14 November 2011 at the latest, on 9 November 2011 the
company submitted to the Tallinn Administrative Court an application for an
injunction, asking the court to suspend the validity of the prescription until
the Court delivers a judgment regarding the associated complaint contesting the
prescription. The Company will inform its investors about any development in
ongoing debate.
