Tallinn, Eesti, 2011-10-11 11:36 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 11. oktoobril 2011 kanti äriregistrisse Silvano Fashion Group AS-i aktsiakapitali vähendamine 30. juunil 2011 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuste alusel. Ettevõtte registreeritud aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 15 800 000 eurot, mis on jagatud 39 500 000 lihtaktsiaks nimiväärtusega 0,40 eurot. Ühtlasi jõustus Ettevõtte põhikirja uus versioon. Aktsiate nimiväärtuse vähendamisest tulenevate väljamaksete saamiseks õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeriti 01. augustil 2011 kella 23:59 seisuga. Tallinn, Estonia, 2011-10-11 11:36 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On October 11, 2011, the decrease of share capital of Silvano Fashion Group AS was registered in the Commercial Register based on the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on June 30, 2011. The new registered share capital of the Company is 15 800 000 euros, which is divided into 39 500 000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 0.40 euros per share. A new version of the Articles of Association of the Company also entered into force. The list of shareholders entitled to receive the payment related to reduction of the nominal value of shares was fixed at August 01, 2011 at 23:59.
