Message
Nordecon ja Maanteeamet sõlmisid lepingu Tallinna ringtee Luige eritasandilise
ristmiku ehitamiseks.

Nordecon AS koos ühispakkujaga Järva Teed AS (Nordeconi grupi ettevõte) ja
Maanteeamet sõlmisid lepingu Tallinna ringtee (tee nr 11, E265) Luige
eritasandilise ristmiku ehitamiseks. Kokku on uute ja rekonstrueeritavate teede
pikkuseks 8,5 kilomeetrit, millele paigaldatakse asfaltbetoonkatet kokku
ligikaudu 100 000 ruutmeetri ulatuses. Lisaks ehitatakse kaks viadukti ja
paigaldatakse 1,6 km ulatuses müratõkkeseinu.
Lepingu kogumaksumus on ligikaudu 8,9 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks.
Tööd algavad hiljemalt oktoobris 2011 ning planeeritakse lõpetada juulis 2013.

Nordecon and Estonian Road Administration signed a contract for the
construction of the two-level crossing on Luige intersection

Nordecon AS with partner Järva Teed AS (Nordecon Group company) and Estonian
Road Administration signed a contract for the construction of the two-level
crossing on Luige (situated in Harju County, northern part Estonia)
intersection on Tallinn's ring road (road 11, E265). The total length of new
and reconstructed roads is approximately 8.5 kilometers on which 100,000 square
meters of asphalt will be used. In addition two viaducts will be build and 1.6
kilometers of noise barrier walls erected.
The value of the contract is approximately 8.9 million euros, excluding VAT.
The works begin at the latest in October 2011 and are expected to finish in
July 2013.
