Nordecon AS ja Sillamäe Sadam AS sõlmisid ehituslepingud Sillamäe sadama
infrastruktuuri arendamise järgmise etapi raames.

Nordecon AS ja Sillamäe Sadam AS sõlmisid ehituslepingud Sillamäe sadama
infrastruktuuri arendamise järgmise etapi raames. Tööde käigus ehitatakse uus
kailiin kogupikkusega üle 800 meetri, valmistatakse kasutamiseks ette ca 40 ha
ulatuses konteiner- ja üldkaupade terminali territooriumit ja paigaldatakse
vajalik taristu konteinerkraanade tööks. Samuti laiendatakse seoses 6 uue
jaamatee ehitusega oluliselt raudteejaama kahetasapinnalise ristmiku
autotunnelit. Tööde teostamiseks kulub ligikaudu 10 000 m3 betooni ning 6 000
tonni terast.
Lepingute kogumaksumus on 20 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks.
Töid alustatakse augustis 2011 ning planeeritakse lõpetada 2012 aasta viimases
kvartalis.

development phase of the infrastructure of port of Sillamäe

Nordecon AS and Sillamäe Sadam AS signed construction contracts for the next
development phase of the infrastructure of port of Sillamäe (situated in the
North-East part of Estonia). The works include construction of new piers (800
meters), preparation of the container and general goods storage territory (40
hectares) and installation of infrastructure for the container cranes. Six new
branches of railway will be built for the port's rail station which also
requires an expansion of the existing transport tunnel. The works require
approximately 10,000 cubic meters of concrete and 6,000 tons of steel.
The value of the contracts is 20 million euros, excluding VAT.
Works begin in August 2011 and are expected to finish in the last quarter of
2012.
