AS-il Baltika teatab, et 27. juunil 2011. a toimunud nõukogu koosolekul otsustatud aktsiakapitali suurendamine ning selle käigus toimunud aktsiate avalik pakkumine viidi läbi täies mahus, see tähendab kõigi 4 300 000 pakutud aktsia osas kogusummas 3 010 000 eurot. Kokku esitasid investorid märkimiskorraldusi 4 637 790 aktsia ulatuses, mis tähendab 1,1-kordset ülemärkimist. Aktsiad jaotati esimeses järjekorras investoritele, kes omasid pakkumise käigus emiteeritud märkimise eesõigusi. Kuna selliste investorite poolt märgiti aktsiaid enam kui kogu emissiooni ulatuses, siis investoritele, kes märkimisõigusi ei omanud, aktsiaid ei jaotatud. AS Baltika announces that the increase of share capital decided on the Supervisory Council Meeting held on 27 June 2011 and the public offering of the shares related to it, was exercised in full, i.e. all 4 300 000 offered shares in the total amount of 3 010 000 euros were subscribed for. Total of 4 637 790 shares were subscribed for which means over-subscription of 1.1 times. The shares were in the first order allocated to investors, who had subscription rights which were issued in connection with the public offering. Since these investors subscribed for the shares in the amount that exceeded the total amount of shares offered, no shares were allocated to investors without subscription rights.
