AS-i SL Õhtuleht nõukogu on otsustanud omandada AS-ilt Eesti Meedia ja AS-i
Ekspress Grupp tütarettevõttelt Eesti Päevalehe AS-ilt 100% AS-i Linnaleht
aktsiad edaspidise plaaniga ühendada AS Linnaleht AS-iga SL Õhtuleht.
Planeeritav ühendamine ei mõjuta väljaannete ilmumist.
AS Ekspress Grupp sai AS-i Linnaleht 50% omanikuks läbi täiendava osaluse
omandamise Eesti Päevalehe AS-is märtsis 2011.
Tehingu tulemusena kontserni osalus AS-is Linnaleht ei muutu.

The Supervisory Board of AS SL Õhtuleht has decided to acquire 100% ownership
of AS Linnaleht from AS Eesti Meedia and Eesti Päevalehe AS (a subsidiary of AS
Ekspress Grupp) with the future plan to join AS Linnaleht with AS SL Õhtuleht.
The planned merger would not affect the publication of the newspapers.
AS Ekspress Grupp acquired 50% ownership of AS Linnaleht with the acquisition
of additional shareholding in Eesti Päevalehe AS in March 2011.
The transaction does not change the Group's shareholding in AS Linnaleht.
