Seoses euro kasutuselevõtuga Eesti Vabariigis otsustas 30.05.2011 toimunud AS-i
Ekspress Grupp aktsionäride üldkoosolek vähendada aktsiakapitali.
Aktsiakapitali muudatus registreeriti Äriregistris 15.06.2011. AS-i Ekspress
Grupp aktsiakapital on 17 878 104.60 eurot, aktsiate arv on 29 796 841 ning
aktsia nominaalväärtus on 0.60 eurot.
Ühtlasi registreeriti Äriregistris AS-i Ekspress Grupp põhikirja uus versioon.
Põhikirja uus versioon on kättesaadav Äriregistris ja AS-i Ekspress Grupp
kodulehel www.egrupp.ee .

In relation to the adoption of the euro currency in the Republic of Estonia,
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AS Ekspress Grupp decided on 30
May 2011 to decrease the share capital.
On 15 June 2011, the share capital change was registered in the Commercial
Register. The registered share capital of AS Ekspress Grupp is EUR 17 878
104.60, the number of shares is 29 796 841 and the nominal value of a share is
EUR 0.60.
The new redaction of the Articles of Association of AS Ekspress Grupp was also
regsitered in the Commercial Register. The new redaction of the Articles of
Association is available in the Commercial Register and on Company's website at
www.egrupp.ee.
