AS Ekspress Grupp sõlmis 9. juunil 2011 juhatuse liikme ametilepingu Madis
Tapuperega, kes asub täitma grupi infotehnoloogia arendamise ja haldamisega
seotud kohustusi. Madis Tapupere asub ametisse alates 11. juulist 2011.
Madis Tapupere on viimased neli aastat töötanud Swedbank Grupi IT strateegia ja
arhitektuuri juhina. Aastatel 2003 kuni 2007 töötas Madis Tapupere IT
infrastruktuuri divisjoni direktorina Hansapank ASis.
Madis Tapupere ei oma ASi Ekspress Grupp aktsiaid.

An Additional Member To Join the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp

On 9 June 2011, AS Ekspress Grupp signed a Management Board Member Agreement
with Madis Tapupere, who will perform the responsibilities related to Group's
IT development and management. Madis Tapupere will start in AS Ekspress Grupp
from 11 July 2010.
For the past four years, Madis Tapupere has served as the Head of Strategy and
Architecture of Swedbank Group IT. From 2003 until 2007, Madis Tapupere served
as the Director of the IT Infrastructure Division in Hansapank AS.
Madis Tapupere does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
