As required by § 185(2) of the Securities Market Act, on 30 May 2011, KFK FUND
SICAV-SIF have informed the Company that they have disposed of 25,000 shares on
30 May 2011, which reduces their shareholding in AS Viisnurk to 4.62 per cent.
The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial
ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
