As required by § 185(1) of the Securities Market Act, on 01 June 2011, KJK Fund Sicav-SIF, has informed the Company that they have acquired 2 346 990 voting rights on 31 May 2011 through conversion of preference shares into ordinary shares, which increases their share of voting rights in AS Baltika to 17.77 percent.
