Invest (ühendatav ühing, registrikood 11325923, asukoht Betooni 4, 11415
Tallinn) ühinemine.
Ühinemise kandmisel äriregistrisse läks kogu OÜ TCS Invest vara üle AS-le
Premia Foods ning OÜ TCS Invest loetakse lõppenuks.
Ühinemine toimus vastavalt 10. veebruaril 2011. a sõlmitud ühinemislepingule,
mille kohta avaldati börsiteade 11. veebruaril 2011

On 6 May 2011 the merger of AS Premia Foods (acquiring company, registry code
11560713, address Betooni 4, 11415 Tallinn) and its subsidiary OÜ TCS Invest
(company being acquired, registry code 11325923, address Betooni 4, 11415
Tallinn) was entered into the Commercial Register.
Upon entry to the Commercial Register all of the assets of OÜ TCS Invest were
transferred to AS Premia Foods and OÜ TCS Invest is considered to be
terminated.
The merger was executed pursuant to the merger agreement executed on 10
February 2011 (Stock Exchange news of 11 February 2011
